You deserve some relief!  During this 7-week course, Sation Konchellah, LCMHC helps course participants to create a healthier work-life balance as we all navigate the dynamics that have come along with the changes that the pandemic have brought us. 


In this course, we will explore what is, what works and what can use some adjustment in your current work-life balance equation, getting closer and closer to the balanced life you desire. 


During this process we will connect to practical strategies including mindfulness based tools, to address your daily life from morning routines to deep rest.  Reducing  feelings of stress and anxiety, increasing grace for self and others while reminding ourselves that our best is our best! Together, we will take a deep dive into practices that can support a healthy, balanced life and bring fun and REST back into the mix! Along with other course members, we will reflect on the tools and practices to support one another in carrying the practices into our daily lives.

At the end of the 7 weeks, you will have a game plan for separating the areas of life that tend to bleed together when you need more balance.  

You will emerge, more joyful, more mindful and more balanced.
