Service Description
Clutter in your physical space often mirrors the clutter in your mind. In this guided Virtual Workspace Decluttering Session, we’ll come together to clear off desks, organize shelves, and create breathing room in the places where you work and create. Just like with our Email Clean Out sessions, this is time set aside for focus, accountability, and gentle motivation—because sometimes it’s easier when we’re doing it together. Bring a trash bag, a recycling bin, and maybe a favorite playlist or candle—and let’s make space for more clarity, calm, and creativity. Join Dorenza Frederick-Joyce and Sation Konchellah from Grace Counseling and Wellness for a 90-minute session dedicated to decluttering your workspace and easing your mind. This simple act of decluttering can significantly reduce stress and contribute to a healthier mental state. No need to be on camera—just show up, click the link, and let’s start fresh together.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact the office directly or cancel online with at least 48 hours notice. Because your reservation is considered finalized at 48 hours, you will forfeit your entire fee if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice. If you have been added to the waitlist, you will receive an email if space opens up. This applies to Outdoor Wellness Activities and Groups.
